ご注文からお届けまで

在庫のある商品はご注文後、通常5-7営業日以内に発送準備を行います。
受注生産の商品は、ご注文をいただいてから商品をお作りするため、各商品ページ記載の目安納期での発送となります。
詳細なお届け時期につきましては、ご注文後3日以内(土日祝日除く)にご連絡いたします。

年末年始、夏季冬季休業、大型連休期間および繁忙期には、お届けまで通常よりもお日にちを頂戴しますので予めご了承ください。
期間中はメールのご返信、発送業務もお休みとなります。

ご注文が完了いたしますと、お客様にご注文内容の確認メールが自動送信されます。
内容をご確認の上、万が一ご変更などございましたら、すぐにメールにてご連絡ください。

全国一律送料無料、クロネコヤマト宅急便にてお届けいたします。

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping via FedEx or DHL.
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Japan.

Shipping Fees

We cover ALL SHIPPING COST for you on all orders over US$500.
For orders under US$500, flat rate shipping fee US$50 will apply.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and other local taxes upon arrival.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5‒7 business days.
Made-to-order pieces, it will take approximately 1‒3 months to deliver your order. We will contact you
once your order is confirmed.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs
clearance. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or local carriers.
